Sourdough Bread Workshop at Ebb & Co
I’m bringing Sourdough School to Ebb & Co!
Ebb & Co is a beautiful new gathering space in the Bryant neighborhood.
I’m so excited to be teaching an after-school bread baking series for kids at Ebb & Co!
The class dates are Wednesday 2/5, 2/12, 2/26 from 2-4pm.
Enjoy Mediterranean food & drink with a gorgeous rooftop view.
Learn to make outstanding naturally leavened bread at home from flour, water and salt!
This course will be an intimate and hands-on experience. You’ll get familiar with the dough at various stages of the baking process, and have a chance to practice some of the trickier bread-baking steps like shaping and scoring. My hope is that you’ll walk away confident and excited to keep baking!
Along with that confidence, you’ll bring home a fresh loaf of bread to eat, a loaf to bake the next day, and some of my starter and recipes to keep baking.
